I am the District Secretary for the Nauvoo-Colusa School District.  My job consists of many duties including being in charge of the main office in the junior high building. My daily tasks include (but are not limited to) answering the phone, updating attendance records, data entry for discipline, the upkeep of personnel files, filling in on off days for the school nurse, and general tasks for the superintendent. I am also the one who provides the public with information such as school delays and cancellations, the bi-monthly newsletter, press releases, school board information, and special events.  I am a good person to contact if you would like updates on any school information.  I am a co-advisor for the junior high yearbook and I also assist Mike Coultas with the district’s website. 

At the end of the school year I can be found submitting state reports for General State Aid and the End of Year Reports.  I also coordinate student registration and assist Carla Yager with student files.  If you would like to be added to my mailing list about school information, please email me at office@nauvoo-colusa.com.
