The Nauvoo-Colusa Junior Hiigh Baseball Team ended their dream season Friday, Oct 2nd in East Peoria at the IESA State Championship. The Vikings got to State by defeating West Central and Mendon for the regional title (3rd year in a row), and then defeating Bluffs at the Mendon-Unity Sectional. At State, the Vikings met up with the Tremont Turks and lost 22-8.
The Vikings finished with a 19-3 record and their first ever trip to State in baseball at the Junior HIgh level.
