We would like to congratulate 8th graders, Zachary Mulch and Ava Gibson, for being chosen by NCES Staff as the students who best represent our school and our communities. Zachary and Ava and their families attended the Illinois Principals Association (IPA) Western Region "Student Recognition Breakfast" at WIU on May 4, 2023, with Mr. Cox. Students and families were served a nice breakfast and the students were recognized in front of their peers and given certificates for earning this special honor for their schools. Thank you, Zachary and Ava, for displaying all of the traits our school wishes to see in every student, every day at NCES. We are proud of you!
