Mrs. Belshaw had students learning to hula hoop in her K-6 P.E. classes. She created a class hula hoop competition. In one picture, Mrs. Belshaw posted the best hula hooper students for each class and in the other picture is Mrs. Belshaw and Sadie Gallaher, the 2023 NCES "Best Hula Hooper!" Mrs. Belshaw presented Sadie with a small trophy and Sadie put on a hula hooping display for all of NCES to see. Congrats, Sadie, on this honor! Thank you, Mrs. Belshaw, for teaching students to hula hoop :)
